Tstrata ISR™ is a specially formulated, one part microsilica modified concrete restoration material with integral corrosion inhibitor designed specifically for restoration of sulfur pits. It is a premixed, dry packaged concrete material that contains pea gravel suitable for interior and exterior “form and pour” and “form and pump” installation. Requiring only the addition of water – Tstrata ISR™ is a high strength material with extended working time for ease of placement. It is handled like ordinary high slump concrete.
Tstrata IRC™ is a specially formulated, one part microsilica modified concrete restoration material with integral corrosion inhibitor designed for restoration of a wide variety of concrete structures. It is a premixed, dry packaged concrete material that contains pea gravel and is suitable for interior and exterior installation. Requiring only the addition of water – Tstrata IRC™ is a rapid curing, high strength material with extended working time for ease of placement. It is handled like ordinary high slump concrete and can be used in placements from 1inch (25 mm) to full depth.
Application Specific Concrete Mixes
To meet the needs of projects using high volumes of repair material, our concrete mix specialists work with engineers and our design build contracting partners to develop project specific mix designs for ready mix repair applications. These designs allow us to meet prescribed material performance factors while still being economical via a ready mix production and delivery process. We test our mix design in our lab and at third party testing companies to assure performance. This capability ensures that physical property performance requirements are met and that the custom mixes developed in the lab will meet project specific placing, pumping or shotcrete requirements in the field.

Our concrete specialists combine their expertise with STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES' other field support staff to develop, test and provide quality control over the design and custom development of both the product and its application techniques. Our testing labs provide additional quality control over our bagged materials and our application labs allow us to lab test required field properties to ensure custom mixes produce the required field performance properties that they are custom designed to achieve
Along with premium material performance our concrete product solutions include engineered technology as part of the standard installation means and methods. This integration of product and engineered technology creates not only superior performance but higher reliability in the field to ensure that the design and required performance of our material is actually achieved in the field on a consistent basis. This helps to minimize the potential for field application problems that impact designed performance
For example, our materials, engineering and field staff have combined their expertise to develop pressurized forming systems that work with our proprietary products to maximize bond with the existing structural member being repaired. Such technology is critical for performance on structural repairs, as a lack of thorough bond can prevent an enlargement or structural repair from achieving its designed structural load bearing capacity.

Doug Antwiler, P.E., S.E., has a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering and is registered as a professional Civil / Structural engineer in 30 states. Doug has 20 years of structural engineering experience working on commercial and industrial projects, both in the United States and internationally. He has extensive experience in forensic investigation, modification, and repair of existing structures. His forensic experience includes repair of construction defects within existing buildings, corrosion issues, foundation issues, and high wind events. He has designed modifications to existing structures to improve seismic resistance, and increased the strength of existing structures for new occupancies, equipment, or other uses. In addition to his forensic experience, Doug also has considerable experience in the design of new structures. Along with his experience in concrete structures, Doug has extensive experience designing steel structures in a variety of industries including power generation, as well as commercial and institutional markets. Doug recently added professional licensing in the state of California with a specialization in high seismic design and detailing of structures.
