Electro Tech CP is a specialty provider of corrosion control services and technologies that protect infrastructure, buildings and investments worldwide. An experienced team of engineers, architectural conservators, metallurgists, corrosion experts and field technicians, we are a catalyst for practical solutions that extend the life of our clients’ assets, even in the most challenging circumstances.
Internationally recognized as leaders in the field of corrosion and electrochemical technologies, UK based Electro Tech CP has joined forces with Corrosion Restoration Technologies (a Structural Group company), a pioneer in the development of thermal spray coatings (metalizing) and galvanic systems for corrosion control of reinforced concrete structures.

Galvanic Systems and Coatings Thermal sprayed alloys can be used as anodes for cathodic protection of reinforced concrete or as a protective coating for metallic substrates. These systems are installed using the wire arc method, a process where two wires of metal are energized and melted, then propelled towards a prepared surface at a high speed to create a dense coating that adheres strongly to the substrate. |

LifeJacket® Cathodic Protection System Our proprietary galvanic protection system that offers a simple and cost-effective solution for controlling the saltwater-induced corrosion of steel and steel reinforced concrete in marine environments. Using a stay-in-place fiberglass form, it encapsulates an integral expanded zinc mesh anode strategically placed to deliver a protective current to the affected region. |
 |
Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) Systems ICCP systems are extremely accurate and can be controlled to deliver optimal protective current to the structure. Anodes are connected to a DC power supply to deliver low-voltage electric currents and are controlled by strategically placed reference electrodes. These reference electrodes are connected to a monitoring system that observes and verifies the system performance. |
